Landmark moment for GEF General Assembly

The 7th GEF (Global Environment Fund) Assembly held at the end of August in Vancouver has gathered leaders from 185 countries. Main outcomes included the historical ratification of the Kunming Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework Fund (KM-GBFF), thus translating COP15 commitments on nature finance into investments and partnerships to achieve net zero biodiversity loss by 2050 and a nature positive world by 2030.
